  • 1 packet 250g Tina Wafers (choc, vanilla and strawberry)
  • 40 grams butter, melted
  • 250 grams softened cream cheese
  • 400g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 grams white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup thickend cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Description
This white chocolate cheesecake is so easy to make, and the strawberry wafers swirlled through make a tasty difference!
Instructions
1. Lightly grease and line the base of a 20cm cake tin with baking paper. Place all pink wafers in a food processor and process until crushed. Set aside for the filling.

2. Process remaining wafers in processor until smooth. Add butter and process until combined. Press crumbs into prepared tin and chill while preparing the filling.

3. Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk in medium bowl until smooth. Add melted white chocolate, cream and vanilla. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and fold through mixture.

4. Spoon into crumb crust and swirl through reserved pink wafer crumbs. Cover and chill until firm.

Hi Kathryn, Imade this with my grandaughter 1st day of the school holidays and we had a ball and she loved licking the bowls so did I I must say. definatly a rating 5
