Description
Pure Heaven!
This is a no bake cheesecake.
It is so delicious, you won't be able to stop at one serve
Instructions
1. Grease and line a 20cm round spring form pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending 2cm above the edge of pan.
2. Place biscuits and butter in a food processor. Process until mixture is well combined. Press mixture over base of pan.. Refridgerate while preparing filling.
3. To make filling, beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in cooled melted chocolates until smooth. Fold in whipped cream using a spatula until just combined. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth over top.
Cover and refridgerate for several hours or overnight.
4. To serve, shave extra toblerone over peeler and decorate.
Notes
I have tasted many cheese cakes. And have attempted to make some over the past few years.
I'd have to say without a doubt This cheesecake was the most easiest one to make and has to be the most delicious cheesecake ever tasted.
You would be mad not to try this recipe.
Mind you it's not a dessert for those on a strict diet !

It was delicious! I used choc ripple biscuits for the base and instead of shaving chocolate to decorate I topped it with pieces of toblerone.
