TIA MARIA BALLS, a great dessert recipe, no cooking required, very easy and tasty!!!!
250 grams plain sweet biscuits
395 grams sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup Tia Maria liquer

Crush biscuits into very fine crumbs.Add cocoa powder and tia maria. Mix in enough condensed milk to achieve a sticky consistency. Roll mixture into balls then roll in coconut. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Recipe can be used without Tia Maria or it can be substituted for another liquer.
