Preparation 10 minutes + overnight soaking.
1. Soak chickpeas in cold water and refrigerate overnight. Rinse and drain.Process in processor or blender to form a paste.
2. Add onion, garlic, parsley and mint, blend until pureed. Mix with salt, pepper, spices and egg. Add flour and water, and stir until well combined. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
3.Heat olive oil in a frypan. Add patties and cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve with Minted Yogurt.
