dice onion and potatos into chunky pieces and place in a deep oven dish
( fill about 3/4 of the dish with them).

in a seperate bowl add contents of the cream and french onion packets and mix well.

pour the cream mixture over the potatos and stir to mix it in and to coat potato pieces.

place in a 180 degree oven and let bake uncovered, every now and then give them a stir.

cook for an hour or so or until a fork goes into the potatos nicely....when done serve them with your meal...and enjoy :)
