This is such a yummy burger and full of flavour. The flavour is really enhanced with the lemon juice and cumin.
I make this more often now as the kids love it and ask for more and its just a change from your normal mix with herbs.
Great for bbq\\\\\\\'s, accompany vegies or just nice inbetween a bun or sliced bread. I just love it
500 gram Beef Mince
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
2 clove Garlic CRUSHED
quarter cup parsley
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cumin
No of Servings:
1. Place all ingredients into bowl except lemon and parsley
2. Cut parsley coarsely or fine, depending on personal preference and add to mixture
3. Juice the lemon and also add to mixture.
4. Shape into burgers and fry in frypan and cook both sides to your liking. (can also be cooked on the bbq)
For our family I find the flavours are plenty and we dont add anything to it if we place between bread. I just make a lovely salad to go with it, to ensure my children and I are still recieving our daily allowance of vegies.
