  • 2-3 bananas
  • 125 grams butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 pinch bi-carb soda
  • 2-3 desertspoons milk

Instructions

cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well.
mix in bi-carb then self raising flour, add milk mixing well.
bake 180C for 35-45 minutes or until its golden brown and springs back when pressed.

Notes

TIP: to soften bananas gently knead them up and down with your fingers till they are squishy.
