Lobster with chilli prawn mornay

Crab and prawn mornay with garlic and chilli on top of lobster.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters cooked cut in half
  • 250 grams raw prawns
  • 3 red chilli chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chives chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pinch salt & pepper
  • 250 ml carton cooking cream
  • 250 tin crab meat

Instructions

Saute garlic and chillis in a little butter and olive oil and prawns, stir until prawns are cooked . Add cooking cream chives, season and cram and simmer until sauce thickens.
heat lobster and pour sauce over the top.

Notes

You can spoon some of the sauce in the lobster while heating.
