creamy garlic prawns

Ingredients

  • 400 grams raw green prawns
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 300 millilitres thickened cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup dill, chopped

Instructions

Mix together prawns, garlic, dill and salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and add prawns and cook until they start to change colour. Add wine and bring to the boil. Take out prawns from the pan and add the cream. Boil until the sauce thickens.Add the prawns and heat through. Serve on a bed of rice and sprinkle with dill
