Delicious home made icecream just like grandma used to make!
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons sugar
300 millilitres cream
2 egg yoke

Wisk Egg, egg yoke, sugar until compleltely frothy.
Whip cream untill soft peaks.
Put all to side
Heat milk until just simmering.
Here is the tricky part: add sugar egg mixture over low heat and stir until thickend (thin custard consistancy), this will happen quickly. If this is over cooked there will be white lumps in the mixture, and you will need to start again.
take off heat, put into freezing container.
fold in whipped cream.
for creamy icecream whisk every hour till frozen.
You can add flavour at any point in the process, just use your imagination.
