Low fat ham veg quiche

A beautiful low fat quiche to be enjoyed with a fresh salad of green leaves, tomato and low fat salad dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bazaar flat bread
  • 2 slices low fat ham
  • 3/4 can low fat carnation milk
  • 6 cubes low fat cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 zucinni
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 chicken stock cube
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbes

Instructions

Lay flat bread in quiche tart tin or plate. Grate vegetables and lay in bottom of quiche. Cook ham and onion together and lay on veges. Lay cheese over top. Mix together milk, eggs, herbs and stock cube and pour over rest of ingredients. Place plate or tin onto cookie sheet and bake in 180 deg (160 deg fan forced) for 45 minutes.

A lovely quiche with crispy edges, which is lovely with a cold salad
