  • 250 grams White Onion
  • 200 millilitres White wine
  • 50 grams Dujon Mustard
  • 20 grams Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50 grams Seeded Mustard
  • 200 millilitres Cream
  • 30 millilitres Lemon juice
  • 500 grams Pasta Curls
  • 30 grams Anchovies
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Instructions

Slice chicken into portions, add lemon juice.When chicken is white, add white wine, garlic and anchovies finely chopped. marinate for 10 minutes.Heat frypan add oil, onions till brown, reduce heat, add chicken and cook till chicken is browning, add mustards, stir and coat, add cream, reduce and serve atop cooked pasta
