Coriander Sandwich Spread (Chutney)

Fast to cook and good in taste.
Coriander spread can also be served with snacks such as potato chips & french fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Coriander Leaves
  • 3 to 4 sticks Green Chili
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 25 to 50 grams Peanuts
  • 100 millilitres Water
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons Sugar

Instructions

Chop the coriander leaves and green chili.
Crush the peanuts into grinder.
Add chopped coriander leaves, green chili, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
Add certain amount of water to make paste.
Grind the mixture and make the paste.
Coriander Sandwich Spread is ready.

Notes

Add water up to the extent it makes paste of the mixture.
