Crumbed Fish Nuggets that the whole family will enjoy.
1 cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Basa Fillets

Cut Basa fillets down the center line, then cut into bite size chunks approx 1 inch. Grind weetbix finely and mix with breadcrumbs, then flour/egg/breadcrumb fish nuggets, deep fry for 5 mins or until golden brown, serve with chips and salad.
The weetbix add\\\'s to the flavor and crunch, season flour with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
