A Tasty Burger with lots of flavour. Very quick, easy and a must if you are looking for something simple to make straight after work. These burgers (like any other) are also good to make ahead and freeze.
500 gram Mince Meat
1 tub Gourmet Morrocan Seasoning Tube
1 handful Parsley

Combine all ingredients together and use as little or as much of the breadcrumbs. With the tube of Moroccan Seasoning, I added half the tube but might next time use the whole tube. All depends on how strong you like the seasoning.
Make into 10 hamburgers, or if you prefer smaller you can get a few more burgers from this.
Place in the frypan and cook on low - medium heat. If you prefer to reduce the oil, place in the griller and cook.
When complete you could service either with salad, vegies or a moroccan cous cous.
My Children absolutely love these burgers and they are very fussy.....My daughter actually asks me to make them again for her.
If you cant find the Morocan seasoning in your local vegie section, you may want to try the dry moroccan seasoning but you may not get the depth and flavour.
