Mix dry ingradients together in a bowl.
Melt butter in a small jug in a microwave (about 1 minute on high), add syrups and water and stir.
Mix butter mixture in dry ingradients and mix completely.
Empty mixture into lamington tray (no greasing required) and cook at 160C for about 26 minutes or until browned.
Mark into fingers with sharp knife and cool.
When cold break slice into pre-marked fingers.
Temp is for fan forced and micrwave times will vary.
Lamington tray is approx 20 x 30cm but it doesn\'t really matter.
